For the second consecutive year, the de Beaumont Foundation has been certified as a Great Place to Work. The designation means that the de Beaumont has met rigorous standards for workplace excellence, with at least 7 of 10 employees reporting a consistently positive experience.
Results from the Great Place to Work survey reflect a collaborative, supportive, and rewarding work environment. Highlights include:
- 90% of employees say people are given a lot of responsibility.
- 90% of employees say new employees are made to feel welcome.
- 87% of employees say they are proud of what the organization accomplishes.
- 87% of employees say people are willing to give extra to get the job done.
