In this set, public health change agents will learn how DISCOVER is integral to the AI change process and how to create a successful discovery in an AI change process at their organization. 


Course 3: Discover


After this microlearn, participants will be able to: 

  • Define the term “positive core.” 
  • Identify what happens to groups and people when they share peak. experiences and why it matters to the AI process. 
  • Explain how the Positive Principle is at play in DISCOVER. 
  • Articulate the similarities between DISCOVER and an environmental scan. 


After this microlearn, participants will be able to: 

  • Articulate the foundational importance of the interview to the overall AI process. 
  • Recognize the 3 types of questions and their order in an AI interview. 
  • Identify great interview questions. 
  • Identify the key things you need participants to consider when participating in the DISCOVER portion of the summit. 
  • Describe how in DISCOVER meaning-making moves from 1:1 to the larger group at a summit.
