One of the ways I give back to the community is by pouring into the field and reinforcing my lived experience so that others can put a face to the conditions that we talk about in public health.
Three words to describe me:
empathetic, strategic, joyous
The best part of my job:
The ability to integrate mentorship within my leadership style to help my staff realize their full potential and feel seen
Something that would surprise others about me:
I organized several years' worth of journal entries into a book that I'm considering publishing as a memoir one day.
