Taylor McKenzie joined the de Beaumont Foundation as the Operations Assistant in 2022. In this role, Taylor works in close collaboration with the entire Operations team, helping to facilitate the foundation’s financial and grants management, as well as maintain its technological infrastructure. Additionally, she supports program teams and the Foundation’s external partners. 

Taylor is a dedicated and solution-oriented professional with a proven record of driving organizational operations to success. Prior to joining the Foundation, she played a pivotal role as a Project Coordinator at TRC Companies, where she supported a vast network of contractors, meticulously conducted quality assessments of submitted data, generated comprehensive reports, and efficiently managed fund disbursements. Taylor also held a finance role at the American Chemical Society, where she demonstrated and built her financial acumen. 

Taylor earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies from Post University, located in Waterbury, Connecticut.
