Saani Frame joined de Beaumont Foundation as the Human Resources Manager in October 2022.  Saani has over 10 years of diverse human resources experience and is responsible for workforce management and organizational effectiveness.

Throughout her career, Saani has played a critical role in several multi-million dollar corporate acquisitions, automated processes that reduced operational costs and corporate risk, and partnered with executives on coaching and talent management strategies.

Saani has been an advocate for DE&I efforts that result in a diverse and inclusive workforce that represents the mission and values of the organization. Saani holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Old Dominion University.
