Mawupemor Kofi Alorzuke, CFA, is the Director of Finance and Investments. In this role, Kofi works closely with the senior director of operations and the chief operating officer to support the financial management, legal administration, and management of internal Foundation-wide systems. Kofi also oversees the grant management functions across de Beaumont’s portfolio and provides financial support to program teams.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Kofi was an equity research analyst at the Haverford Trust Company, where he provided quantitative and fundamental research to be used by the research team and Haverford’s Investment Selection Committee. He also provided market and portfolio commentary to the client service teams, as well as performance and statistical analysis for the various investment products.
As an undergraduate student, he worked with ASSETS Lancaster to support small businesses in the community, and also with the Lancaster Housing Opportunity Partnership to develop more affordable housing and on the Southwest Lancaster Neighborhood Revitalization Strategy.
Kofi earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and business, with a minor in applied mathematics, from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pa., and is a CFA charterholder.
