Julianna Manske is the Director and Co-Founder of the New to Public Health Residency Program. In 2016, Julianna led the workgroup that developed and implemented the Southeastern Wisconsin Public Health Nurse Residency Program. This program ran from 2017-2020 and served as a foundation to the New to Public Health Residency Program, which supports early career public health professionals working in government public health. Julianna has served on the Association of Public Health Nurses’ Education and Professional Development committee (2018-2022), as Board of Directors Secretary (2022-2023), and as Board of Directors President (2023-2026). Julianna was recognized as a de Beaumont Foundation 40 Under 40 in Public Health Class of 2025 honoree. She earned a Master of Science in Nursing Education from Concordia University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Carroll University.
