Elizabeth Gould, DrPH, MPH is a Senior Program Officer at the de Beaumont Foundation. She manages a portfolio of public health programs, projects, and grants focusing on strengthening the nation’s public health workforce.
Prior to joining the de Beaumont Foundation, Dr. Gould was a Senior Evaluation Specialist for the Public Health Accreditation Board (PHAB). In this role she served as the lead for the National Evaluation Team evaluating CDC’s Public Health Infrastructure Grant. Before joining PHAB, Dr. Gould was the Senior Director of Research, Development, and Engagement at the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials (ASTHO). Dr. Gould’s responsibilities included ASTHO’s work in research, journal publications, public health workforce and training, internal and external evaluation, partner outreach, and member engagement.
Dr. Gould earned her master’s and doctoral degrees in public health from the University of Kentucky.
