After graduating from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business, Alex began working in human resources, managing employee engagement, recruitment, and a variety of other HR functions. With a strong love for numbers and data, Alex enjoys finding insights that drive better workplace decisions. Outside of work, she is deeply committed to animal welfare and dreams of one day opening a small-scale sanctuary for rescues. Alex also has a love for organization, and enjoys helping friends and family tackle their overflowing closets or storage rooms.
