The best part of my job:
The best part of my job is working with a multidisciplinary team and incredible mentors to create solutions that connect clinical care with community resources. Leading Food Is Medicine projects and seeing them come to life is especially rewarding.
Something that would surprise others about me:
Something that might surprise others is that I’m also an entrepreneur — I founded a functional snack bar company focused on brain health and Food Is Medicine principles. Balancing my work as a public health scientist with building a wellness brand has given me a unique perspective on translating research into everyday impact.
