The best part of my job is connecting big ideas with real-world impact - turning data and policy into meaningful change that improves lives. I am energized by working with talented, passionate colleagues and engaged community members who share a deep commitment to building a healthier, more equitable world.
Something that would surprise others about me:
What might surprise people is that while I thrive in complex systems thinking - designing policies, strategies, and structures - I’m equally energized by connecting with people on a personal level. I find just as much meaning in a community conversation or mentoring a colleague as I do in shaping long-term public health initiatives. It’s the interplay between the two that fuels my leadership.
