The best part of my job is ensuring that those in closest proximity to the lived experience have the power to shape its future.
Something that would surprise others about me:
I unexpectedly became a golfer because my visually impaired son wanted to learn. Walking alongside him on the course has reminded me why I center lived experience in my work: those closest to the challenge often reveal the most transformative paths forward — especially when it’s unexpected or not immediately visible to others.
